This is a fully automatic shelling unit, which mainly consists of a cashew nut shelling machine, a vibrating separator, and a classifier. The shelling rate is ≥98%, which is a good choice for medium and large kaju/cashew nut processing plants.
Structure Introduction of Kaju Processing Unit:
The automatic dehulling unit consists of a feeding and distributing system, a cashew nut cutting machine, a vibration separation mechanism, a winnowing system, a centrifugal separation mechanism, a finished product conveying mechanism, and a finished product screening mechanism.
- The entire unit has a compact design and a small footprint. It can effectively realize the peeling and kernel separation of multi-level cashew nuts.
- Automatic shelling technology, no need to place materials, automatic blanking positioning.
- The entire vibration separation, winnowing and centrifugal separation system is equipped with 4 loops, which can effectively separate the shelled, half shelled and unshelled raw materials accurately, saving time, labor and efficiency.
