Features
This is a set of fully automatic equipment suitable for cashew nut processing plants, which can complete the entire production from raw cashews to white cashew kernels. Efficient production and low labor cost.
It can process 1 ton of raw cashew nuts per hour, with a daily output of about 10 tons, suitable for large and medium-sized cashew nut factories.
Cashew Nut Processing Flow:
Raw cashew nuts grading - cooking - shelling - drying - humidification - peeling - (color sorting) - kernel grading - packing
The machines included in the fully automatic cashew nut processing plant are:
1. Raw cashew grading machine: separate the cashew into several grades. Generally divided into 5 levels.
2. Cashew cooking machine: cook the cashew by electricity or gas so that you can shell the cashew easily.
3. Cashew nut shelling machine: effectively achieve multi-level cashew nut shelling.
4. Cashew shell kernel separator machine: accurately separate cashew nut shells, kernels, half-shelled cashew nuts, and unhulled cashew nuts.
5. Cashew kernel drying machine: dry cashew kernels to reduce moisture. Easy to peel skins.
6. Cashew nut humidifier: increase the water content of the skin and kernel, improve the peeling rate.
7. Cashew nut peeling machine: includes hopper, hoist, loosening machine, peeling machine, nut screening machine.
8. Cashew kernel grading machine: cashew kernels are divided into several levels according to their width.
10. Color sorting machine: automatically sort out heterochromatic particles to ensure the uniformity of the nut color. Customers can choose freely.
