Cashew Nut Processing Flow:

1. Cashew nut grading machine: the cashew nuts are divided into several grades according to size. Generally divided into 5 levels.
2. Cashew boiling machine: boil the cashew by electricity or gas so that you can shell the cashew easily.
3. Cashew nut shelling machine: effectively achieve multi-level cashew nut shelling.
4. Cashew shell kernel separator machine: accurately separate cashew nut shells, kernels, half-shelled cashew nuts, and unhulled cashew nuts.
5. Cashew nut drying machine: reduce cashew nut moisture to about 5%-7%.
6. Cashew nut humidifier: increase the water content of the skin and kernel, improve the peeling rate.
7. Cashew nut peeling machine: use airflow to remove skin. Low damage.
8. Cashew kernel grading machine: cashew kernels are divided into several levels according to their width.
