Working Principle of Cashew Powder Making Machine
The machine contains three pairs of rollers, two rollers for chopping and one roller for grinding. The nuts pass through two sets of rollers in sequence, and the particles gradually become smaller. Finally, it passes through the third set of grinding rollers and squeezes into powder.
The gap of the knife roller can be adjusted to adjust the fineness of the powder.
Operation Point of Cashew Powder Milling Machine
1. Check whether the line is normal before starting up. Check whether the rotating parts are loose or abnormal.
2. By adjusting the gap of the insert plate, the material can be evenly scattered between the pair of rollers. Control uniform synchronization.
