How to fry cashew nuts in oil?
The oil is heated by the heating system, and then the material is put into it. During the frying process, the slag falling from the top of the material will sink to the bottom, prolonging the life of the oil. The equipment has its own mixing function, so that the material can be fried evenly.
Application of Nuts Deep Fryer Machine:
Broad beans, green peas, peanuts / groundnut, coated peanuts, cashews, almonds and other nuts;
Puffed foods such as French fries, potato chips, banana chips, and cassava chips;
Meat products such as chicken nuggets, meat nuggets, pork, and drumsticks.
The Operation Points of Cashew Frying Machine:
1. Add clean water to the fryer to one-third of the oil-water window.
2. Add the oil needed for frying food to the fryer to 100mm above the fryer.
3. When the amount of oil needs to be added, be sure to add oil after the oil temperature has cooled down, and do not add oil at high temperatures.
4. After the frying oil in the deep fryer machine is used for a period of time (usually 3~5 days), there will be oil residue sinking to the bottom; when putting the residue, be sure to open the top oil drain valve after the oil temperature has cooled down. Until no oil flows out, open the slag valve to discharge the waste.
