This small cashew kernel dryer machine is an electrically heated hot air drying oven. It can realize automatic temperature control, automatic damp discharge, and adjustable damp discharge speed. This machine can dry cashews evenly and quickly, maintain the best color and shape of the dried cashews, and improve the quality.

• According to the moisture content of the nuts, the drying temperature of the steam-heated dryer is about 70-80°; the drying temperature of the electric-heated dryer is 65-70°, and the drying time is 10-12 hours.
• The moisture content after drying is about 5%-7%.

Working Principle of Cashew Borma Machine:

The heat source used is steam heating or electric heating tube heating. The temperature of the hot air is adjustable and controllable. After the hot air enters the dryer, the high-temperature and high-humidity axial flow fan penetrates the material and circulates in the box. In this way, the materials of each layer can be dried evenly and quickly.

 

Drying trollies and trays are standard size and can be exchanged for usage.
