200 kg/h Cashew Nut Roasting Machine in Nigeria
Our cooperating customer ordered 200 kg/h cashew nut roasting machine and seasoning machine, and the machine has been sent to Nigeria.
This customer has a regular cooperation with us. He ordered a 500 kg cashew nut shelling line in 2020. The machine works very well and the quality of the finished product is good. In 2021, he considered expanding his business, so he repurchased the subsequent processing equipment of cashew nuts: roaster machines and seasoning machines.
Introduction of Cashew Nut Roasting Machine in Nigeria
- The equipment adopts a rotating cage structure. During the baking process, the object to be baked is continuously pushed and turned by the propelling device in the cage to form uninterrupted full-angle heating and uniform heating.
- The temperature rises quickly, and the automatic temperature control device is adopted, and the temperature is adjustable from 0 to 300°C.
- The cashew nut roaster can use electricity, liquefied gas, and natural gas as heat sources.
- The whole adopts high-strength frame structure, which is strong and durable. The part in contact with the logistics is stainless steel.
